Your mission

Job description
  • Your mission at Climeworks is to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance across all collector assembly (CA) activities, and to drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance availability and reduce costs. 

  • You ensure that all maintenance and repair work is performed to high standards and complies with safety and quality regulations. 

  • You build Work Instructions, Safe Operating Procedures, Method Statements, and Operations & Maintenance procedures for Climeworks' OEM business. 

  • You minimize downtime and disruptions to plant operations by addressing equipment failures and maintaining high equipment reliability during the warranty period of collector assemblies. 

  • You prepare and deliver clear, comprehensive reports on equipment status, maintenance schedules, and incidents to senior management and relevant departments, enabling informed decision-making. 

  • You establish and enforce quality control measures, implement the quality management system, and monitor SOPs to ensure repair and upgrade jobs meet or exceed quality standards. 

  • You coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and service providers to effectively manage repair projects and maintenance tasks during the warranty period of CAs. 

  • You foster strong relationships with external partners and internal teams to enable smooth operations and facilitate seamless communication between the Field Service Operations team and other departments to ensure a cohesive working environment. 

Your story

Requirements
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering. 

  • You have 5-10 years of relevant experience in plant operations, commissioning, field service, maintenance, or engineering roles, with increasing responsibility, including direct management of projects, teams, and significant budgets. 

  • You bring proven experience in plant operations under a leading service role and possess a strong understanding of Inspection & Test Planning. 

  • You are a proven leader with experience in building technically skilled and motivated teams. 

  • You exhibit strong decision-making, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, remaining calm and taking charge in critical situations. 

  • You demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • You are business fluent in English, and you are willing to travel up to 70%.
